Our Hassle Free Return Policy

At Serendipity, we want our customers to be able to order from us without the fear that they will be stuck with something they are not happy with, so in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products Hassle Free, and we will even pay the return shipping!* You may return (most) products to us for a full merchandise refund (see below for restrictions) and we'll pay for shipping within the United States*

Simply contact Customer Service for an RMA number, and we will take care of the rest.

Returns must be processed within 30 days after delivery. We will issue a credit within 14 days after we receive the return package. Please send products back in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, edible, perishable, sample, clearance and special order items.

* Please note that if you received free shipping on your original order, you are responsible for the return shipping charges, also our Free Return policy does not apply to orders that received being are being returned from international locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations. International customers, please contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) within 30 days after delivery.

Canceling Your Order

If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.

Damaged/Missing Items

On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please contact us immediately and we will see to it that the items are replaced. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.
