Return Policy
At
Favors by Serendipity
™, we are committed to making your event a success.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you
should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably
can to make you happy.
We
cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or
decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted
items or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable.
We will only accept returns within 14 days of the time you receive your
order. Merchandise must be in it's original packaging. There is no restocking fee except for any cake jewelry, which is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping
costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
If you return your order for any reason, then the original shipping charges that were incurred by Favors by Serendipity will be deducted from your refund.
Canceling
Your Order
If
you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just
placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please
note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
Damaged/Missing
Items
On
rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please
contact us immediately and we will see to it that the items are replaced.
You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim
by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to
us within 7 days.
How
To Return Items
Please
call us at 1-800-320-2664 to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number.
We cannot accept any returns that do not have a RA number on the return
mailing label.
For
your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as
UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to
have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items
that arrive to us damaged.
