How do I order?

Ordering Online: You can easily and securely order our products online by clicking the "Show Me The Details" button near the product you are interested in. Simply follow the instructions and click the "Checkout" link to finish your order. You can use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card with confidence, knowing that your credit information is secure. 

Ordering by Phone: If you prefer, you can call us at 1-800-320-2664 and a representative will be glad to take your order over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. Simply place your order online and choose International Shipping. We will contact you via email with a shipping quote, for your approval, before we process your order. Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any of such charges and will not reimburse you for them. Any questions should be directed to your local government.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship in 2-3 business days (provided the item is in stock) unless it is personalized favors. If the product is in stock,  it is possible to have the order shipped the same day it is placed (some exceptions may apply). Rush fees or quicker shipping are also available for orders that need to be processed quicker. If it is a rush , let us know when you need your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time.  

What shipping methods do you use?

We use UPS or United States Postal Service.

Do you have a catalog?

Due to the fact that we are constantly adding new products to the site,  we no longer offer a printed catalog.  You are welcome to print anything out from our website that you need to show to others.  The public library can be used by those that don't have access to the Internet to view our products.  Orders can be placed by phone. 

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we are strictly a retail company.

Can my favors be personalized?

Silver items can be engraved (for an additional fee).  All favors can be personalized with a personalized favor card or personalized ribbon (see these categories in our alphabetical listing on the left side of the product pages)

What are your shipping charges?

Charges for shipping outside the Continental U.S. will be calculated at the time your order ships.

Orders of heavier items may be subject to higher shipping charges. Also, during the months of June - September, orders of chocolate may be subject to much higher shipping rates because of the large dimensions of the coolers that are used to prevent melting.
Please note that if you make a mistake in your shipping address and we are charged additional fees by UPS for an address correction, you will be responsible for those charges
